At LAAGAM, we want you to love your pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-10 business days.
